    • You may cancel your order within TWO hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped or services have not commenced.

    • Once an order has been shipped or services have begun, it cannot be canceled.
  • Service Cancellation:
    • If you have subscribed to a service, cancellation terms will be stated in your service agreement. Generally, subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

  • Return Shipping:
    • If a return is required, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
